The board usually coordinates on any necessary items via email as they arise, but we do try to meet once a quarter. Typically these wind up being on the second Tuesday of a month at either a board member’s house or a local business. Homeowners are welcome to come to the quarterly meetings but please keep in mind that these meetings are not designed to be an open forum to vent grievances.

Please refer to the website’s Etiquette section or the HOA bylaws when working with your neighbors, or contact us before any small problems escalate into bigger issues. Homeowners should send the HOA an email if you have specific items you’d like to give a presentation or get a particular issue onto the quarterly agenda.
